Complaints Policy

It is Chase Entertainment’s policy to respond to complaints within seven business days.


To file a complaint, send an email with the subject “LadsFeet COMPLAINT” to including all the details of your complaint and your personal details. Once we have received the necessary information, your complaint will be reviewed. Within seven business days, we will remove the content in question and ensure the content does not resurface. Should we decline your complaint, you will have the option to restart the process. If you do not use the subject as stated above the email may not be received correctly as they are filtered by subject.

If you simply wish to cancel your recurring membership, you can do this directly via the CCBill Support webpage.

Required information

If you have found content that features illegal activity or minors, we will require links to where the content is hosted and details of which laws/policies are being broken.

If you are featured in content that is being distributed without your permission, we will require links to where content is hosted, and you will be required to prove your identity.
